Shabree Nichols-Caleb, O.D.

Dr. Caleb was born and raised in Oklahoma City. She attended Langston University and graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and minor in Chemistry. Afterwards, she pursued a degree in Optometry at Northeastern State University College of Optometry (NSUOCO) and graduated with honors in 2014.

Dr. Caleb worked in private practice in Del City, OK for 3 years and relocated to Lubbock, TX in 2017 where she joined with the LASIK Vision Institute. She is trained in refractive surgery management (LASIK/PRK/ICL), glaucoma, cataract co-management, infant/children’s eye care and macular degeneration. In addition, she specializes in customized contact lens fittings for keratoconus, monovision/multifocal, astigmatism and corneal disease. She is also proficient in ocular disease management for diabetes, high blood pressure and autoimmune disorders such as Lupus and Rheumatoid arthritis.

Dr. Caleb is married to her loving husband Brandon and has a daughter. She loves spending time with her family, attends Kingdom Life Fellowship church and is a proud supporter of Children’s Hope. A local orphanage that provides housing and mentorship for underserved children. Dr. Caleb looks forward to serving the local community and providing premier eye care.
